A snagging list means that is irregularly referred to as a punch list and it is prepared and issued by the appropriate certifying authority such as typically this will be the,

The increase in building demand of recent years has observed some developers adding walk away sections or clauses to house purchase contracts to avoid completing the outdated buyer’s snag list before the sale is closed. This is a theoretically unfair practice and could efficiently allow a builder to overlook your snag list, so be aware from the beginning.
